Ramanathapuram: On the fifth day of the Hockey India 7th Sub Junior National Hockey Championship 2017 (Women) 'B' Division five matches were played out. Results of the first four matches of the day are listed below.

In the opening game of the day from Pool B, Sports Authority of Gujarat – Hockey Academy beat Hockey Puducherry 16-1. Prachi Patel (4', 20', 42', 66') and Sanya Noronha (13', 54', 57') scored hat-tricks in the game. Hockey Puducherry's goal was scored by R Prianga in the 33rd minute.

Hockey Bhopal beat Hockey Uttarakhand 6-1 in a Pool C encounter. Hockey Bhopal's Shivani Goutam was in top form scoring four of her side's goals, a brace in each half (19', 39', 44', 61) to give them a comfortable victory. Hockey Uttarakhand's Khushi Katariya scored a consolation for them in the 66th minute.

Hockey Rajasthan rode on a brilliant Koma Bharti hat-trick to cruise to a victory over Goans Hockey in Pool D. Bharti struck the first of her goals in the 8th minute, and added another in the first half (19') to take Hockey Rajasthan into the break with a 2 goal lead. Goans Hockey hit back with a goal in the 50th minute via a Prajwala Harmankar PC conversion to keep the game alive. Bharti though ended the contest with her third goal of the game in the 61st minute to give Hockey Rajasthan the victory.

Hockey Gujarat beat Hockey Jammu & Kashmir 2-1 in Pool A. Hetaxi Patel scored the opener for Hockey Gujarat in the 6th minute. Ishta Sharma scored the equaliser via a PC conversion in the 48th minute. In the 53rd minute Hockey Gujarat found a winner via Prachi Nikam to take the three points.

In yesterday's final game of the day, Hockey Coorg beat Hockey Gujarat 17-0 in Pool A. B Rischika Thimmaiah (2', 16', 19', 30', 38', 68') scored six goals for Hockey Coorg in the victory. Hat-tricks were also scored by, Padmavathi S Madli (12', 28', 29', 57'), KR Bhoomika (19', 27', 63') and GS Kavya ((24', 42', 60').
