Mumbai: This Christmas season ITM Group of Institutions organised the first of its kind Christmas joy- ‘Le Reveillon’, a six course meal, that served to inspire student professionals of ITM IHM. The Institution primed to get the touch of Christmas season and the flavour of top-notch festive flavours that were curated by Chefs and a Wine Connoisseur of five-star hotels. ITM Group of Institutions brought sparkles to the Christmas season with fun-filled entertainment, gourmet selections and signature styles.

An array of six course feast from appetizers to dessert was presented by six industry professionals. Chef Roberto Zorzoli the Head Chef of Romano’s at J W Marriott, Sahar showcased an Italian appetizer. Chef Ashish Bhasin, Deputy Vice President Culinary at the Trident hotel prepared the Entrée with patience and innovation.

The key objective was to give the students of ITM – IHM practical 5-star knowledge expocrete a course and prepare an enticing menu.

Prayas, an initiative of ITM IHM, Oshiwara prepares an array of delicacies from carefully sourced ingredients. The proceeds received from the sale of these products are for helping the economically challenged students. For this event, the sale of Christmas Goodies was organized by Prayas, as a Christmas Bazaar.
Speaking of the innovation and creating history, Sagar Chitre, I/C Principal ITM IHM, Oshiwara said “It was important since this professional programme included development of talent and potential. It is an opportunity not merely to acquire skills but also to establish standards of perfection. To witness the enthusiasm, practical and creative aptitude combined with excellent teamwork among the participants (chefs) were very impressive. I am certain that these would encourage the students and motivate them to creating authenticity in dining experiences.
